Learn the seven principles on the yes you need right now.
For you, or a small group, over a few weeks. Each session takes one principle and applies it to a live request of yours before the next.
- Taught by a Founding Member and Master Trainer of the Cialdini Institute
- One principle per session, applied to your own request between sessions
- Online or in person. A price in writing after the call, never on it
20 minutes. One idea you can use. No obligation.

Who it's for
People who persuade for a living without "sales" in the job title.
Leaders with a budget to win.
Your case goes to a board, a committee or one person who can say no. You want it to land the first time.
Founders and consultants.
Proposals, pitches, renewals. The work is good. The yes rate should match it.
Managers who need things to change.
Agreement in the room is easy. You want the decision to survive the week.
How the training runs
The call.
Twenty minutes. You bring one request you need a yes to, and leave with one change to make to it.
We map your requests.
Before the first session, we list the real asks in front of you this quarter. They become the course material.
One principle a session.
Reciprocity, Liking, Social proof, Authority, Scarcity, Consistency and Unity. The science, then your request.
Apply it before the next.
Every session ends with a real request to use it on. We start the next session with what happened.
That last step is the whole difference. You can read the principles in an afternoon. Using them on a live request, with someone whose job is to watch how you ask and adjust it, is how they become a habit instead of a page of notes.
What people bring
The principles are the same. The request is yours. These are the kinds of things people work on.
Leadership
Getting approval for a change of direction, and keeping the team with you once it starts.
Sales
A value-based proposal for next week's prospect, instead of competing on price.
Marketing
A message people act on, built on how decisions are actually made.
Communication
The message about a reorganisation that lands with every team, not just the ones who already agree.
Procurement
The supplier contract that has been pending for months, signed.
HR
A job advert that the right people answer, in a market where everyone is hiring.
From people who trained with me
Mark helped me apply the course learning to my specific situation; the sessions with him were very effective and enjoyable.

A great course that was challenging, thought-provoking and insightful, all backed by genuine support and enthusiasm from my coach.

Very insightful and definitely challenged my thinking! I'm looking forward to putting it into action. Thank you!

“This Principles of Persuasion course was excellent for our Senior Managers, customer service directors, and salespeople. We saw a measurable difference right away.”Margaret McMahon, CIGNA Healthcare, on the Cialdini programme
Questions people ask about the training
On my own, or with others?
Either. One-to-one, or a small group from the same company who can work on related requests. On the call we'll decide which fits.
How long does it take?
A few weeks, with a session for each principle and time between them to use it. The exact rhythm depends on your diary and how many of you there are.
What does it cost?
It depends on whether it's you alone or a group, and over how long. You'll have a price in writing after the call, and never on it.
Online or in person?
Both work. Most one-to-one training runs online; groups often prefer a room.
Do I need to have read Influence?
No. If you have, good: you'll recognise the principles and learn to use them. If you haven't, we start from the science.
What if I'd rather train the whole team at once?
That's a workshop: half a day to two days, everyone working on their own challenge.
